Agenda Item Submission Form for Gillespie County Commissioners Court

Please be advised of a significant change to our process for submitting agenda items for Commissioner's Court meetings.  Due to a legislative change, the timeline for posting notice for a public meeting has been extended from 72 hours notice to a three-business-day posting requirement. To ensure compliance with this new timeline, the deadline for submitting all agenda items will now be one week prior to the scheduled meeting. This will allow for timely preparation and posting of the public notice. 

Change to Commissioners Court Meeting Schedule:  Effective October 1, 2025

Beginning October 1, 2025, the Commissioners Court will convene its regular meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.  Additionally, the deadline for submitting all agenda items will now be Tuesdays at noon, one week prior to the scheduled meeting.
