Enter a Plea to a Charge or Traffic Violation

If you have been issued a citation in Precinct 2, you must enter a written plea to the charge or charges against you, no later than the “on or before" date listed on your citation. To enter your plea, complete the Plea Form below and mail, email or deliver it to the court by your appearance date.

Pay a Traffic Citation

Payments by cashier's check or money order may be made in-person, by mail, or placed in the drop box on the back side of the building. Cash payments are accepted in-person during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

To make a payment online for a Precinct 2 case, visit the ACI Payments website

• You will need the citation number or your Texas Driver's License (DL) or Identification (ID) number to complete the payment process. 
• If you do not have a citation number or Texas DL or ID Number, call the court during normal business hours for help, at 830-307-3737, Ext 2. 

For payments to other precincts, please visit the Justice Courts Payment Center. Payments to the wrong court will delay processing.
