Financial Cash Receipt Distribution (Previous FY Reports)
The Financial Cash Receipt Distribution Summary is prepared by the Gillespie County Treasurer. The Summary is posted on the County Treasurer's web page.
The Summary recaps all financial receipts processed by the County Treasurer's Office for the reporting period by:
- Financial ledger account number
- Financial ledger account description
- Transaction amounts posted to the respective ledger account
- Total receipts for reporting period

Financial Disbursement Register
The Financial Disbursement Register is prepared monthly by the Gillespie County Treasurer. The Register is posted on the County Treasurer's web page.
The first section of the Register lists all financial checks processed by the County Treasurer's Office for the reporting period. Information provided may include such data as: transaction date; transaction amount; vendor name; vendor number; financial ledger account; transaction description.
The second section of the Register lists all electronic fund transfers processed by the County Treasurer's Office for the same reporting period. Information provided may include such data as: transaction date; transaction amount; vendor name; financial ledger account; transaction description.

Monthly Financial Report (Previous FY Reports)
The Gillespie County Treasurer's Monthly Financial Report is prepared by the County Treasurer, filed with the Gillespie County Clerk's Office, and submitted to the County Commissioner Court for acceptance. The Financial Report is published on the County Treasurer's web page.
The Financial Report includes, but not limited to:
- A signed affidavit which is filed with the County Clerk's office
- Cash balances in each County Fund as of the reporting period ending date
- Statement of receipts and disbursements by fund for the current reporting month
- Bank reconciliation worksheets for eleven bank accounts in which the County Treasurer is primary custodian

Investment Portfolio Summary
The Gillespie County Investment Portfolio Summary is prepared by the County Treasurer, filed with the Gillespie County Clerk's Office, and submitted to the County Commissioners Court for acceptance. The Portfolio Summary is posted on the County Treasurer's web page.
The Portfolio Summary encompasses all funds for which the County Treasurer manages. It is prepared in compliance with the County of Gillespie Investment Policy (PDF) and other applicable laws. The information contained in the report should not be used for any purpose other than determining compliance with the Public Funds Investment Act (PFIA).
The County Commissioners Court signed affidavit is filed with the County Clerk's Office.
