This department does not collect the money itself but helps those persons who must pay to work out a payment plan for the costs they owe the County. The money is paid to the Clerk of the Court in which the judgement is made.
Please stop by the Court Collections Office in the Courthouse or call Rosa "Linda" Hough Court Collections Department Coordinator at 830-990-7567 to make an appointment to set up a payment plan for Misdemeanor and Felony Cases and leave your name, mailing address and phone number on the message. This office does not set payment plans for citations.
Court payments are accepted only at the County Clerk's or District Clerk's offices in the Courthouse.
Adult Probation payments are accepted only at Adult Probation Office in the Jail Facility Building at 104 Industrial Loop.
